This spicy peanut dressing is creamy, savory, tangy, and easy to adjust. Peanut butter, soy sauce, sriracha, lime, and maple syrup make it perfect for noodles, bowls, vegetables, or dipping.
Ingredients
- ½ cup creamy peanut butter
- 4 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
- 4 tsp sriracha, more to taste
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 2 tbsp maple syrup or agave
- 4–6 tbsp water, as needed
Optional Add-Ins
- 1 garlic clove, finely grated
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
- Crushed roasted peanuts, for garnish
- Red pepper flakes, for extra heat

Step 1
Add the peanut butter, soy sauce, sriracha, lime juice, and maple syrup to a bowl or mason jar.

Whisk until smooth.

Add water 1 tablespoon at a time until the dressing reaches your desired consistency.
