This spicy tahini dressing is creamy, savory, tangy, and packed with chili heat. It comes together in minutes and works well over bowls, noodles, vegetables, salads, or tofu.

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp tahini
  • 3 tbsp light soy sauce, or tamari
  • 2 tbsp crispy chili oil, or to taste
  • 1 tbsp agave
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar

Preparation

Step 1


Add the tahini, soy sauce, crispy chili oil, agave, and rice vinegar to a small bowl or mason jar.



Step 2


Whisk until completely smooth and creamy.



Step 3


Taste and adjust with more chili oil for heat, agave for sweetness, or rice vinegar for acidity.



Step 4


If the dressing is thicker than desired, whisk in a small splash of water until pourable.



Step 5


Serve over salads, grain bowls, noodles, roasted vegetables, tofu, or use as a dipping sauce.
