Preparation
Step 1
Add the white miso, water, rice wine vinegar, agave syrup, green onions, kosher salt, and black pepper to a high-speed blender or food processor.
Step 2
Blend until smooth.
Step 3
With the blender running on low speed, slowly drizzle in the neutral oil until the dressing is smooth, creamy, and fully emulsified.
Step 4
If using any optional ingredients, blend them in now.
Step 5
Taste and adjust the seasoning, adding more agave for sweetness, rice wine vinegar for acidity, or salt and pepper to taste.
Step 6
If the dressing is thicker than you'd like, blend in 1–2 tablespoons of water until it reaches your desired consistency.
Step 7
Serve with Asian-inspired salads, cabbage slaws, grain bowls, roasted vegetables, noodle salads, tofu, dumplings, or spring rolls.
